This policy explains what LaneUpPro collects and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Account details: name, email, phone, address and ZIP.
  • Verification documents: dealer license, resale certificate, or government ID (stored privately; visible only to you and admins).
  • Activity: listings, bids, questions, transactions, and support requests.
  • Payment data is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card or bank numbers.

How we use it

  • To operate auctions, verify identity, process payments and payouts.
  • To send transactional notices (outbid, won, payment, pickup).
  • To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.

Sharing

Bidder identities are kept anonymous to other users until a deal is locked. We share data with service providers (payments, email/SMS, storage) only as needed to run the Platform, and as required by law.

Your choices

You can view and update your profile at any time and request deletion of your account, subject to records we must retain for legal and tax reasons.

Security

Sensitive documents are access-controlled and payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors. No system is perfectly secure.
